Pride in Bedford
Our role is to develop, sustain and enhance the Pride
in Bedford initiative within the Borough of Bedford. It is
our responsibility to act as a catalyst for the various
initiatives, schemes and organisations with regard to the
environment and community partnerships in order to promote local
citizenship.
It is our aim to:
- Improve communications
- Promote community involvement
- Create links with the community, business and
local self-help groups
- Advise on improving the environment
- Raise standards and promote best practice
- Provide a quality service
- Continually monitor and evaluate the service to
improve efficiency
