The aim of the site is to provide a
co-ordinated single access point for obtaining and displaying
useful information about all community organisations, both large
and small.
Organisations wishing to be part of the site simply need to "click"
the "Add Details of Your Community icon and complete the form that
is displayed. Once submitted, the information on this form will be
put into an administration area and will be added to the site
within the next few days, creating:
- an internet presence
- automatic entry into a Bedford e-mail directory
and
- the opportunity to advertise events or direct
people to a separate community links Internet site.
Those wishing to obtain details about Bedford
organisations can use the comprehensive search facility provided to
quickly track down a host of useful information.
