West of Kempston Design Guide
The West of Kempston Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document sets out design codes and provides detailed guidance on all aspects of design for the proposed development at Land at West of Kempston. The main objective of the guide is to establish design principles which, when applied to proposed new development at West of Kempston, will help to ensure that development is well designed and reflects the character of Bedfordshire.

The documents are available for inspection at the Council Offices, St Pauls Square, Bedford during Council's normal opening hours. The SPD documents will also be available for inspection at the local libraries in Bedford Central, Bromham, Putnoe, Kempston and Wootton during the library opening hours.
