Site Allocations Representations Consultation

Earlier this year the Council consulted on the submission version of the Bedford Town Centre Area Action Plan. A number of representations were made to the Plan which will be considered by an independent Inspector at a public examination due to be held next year. Prior to the Examination the Council is required to publish and consult on the representations that have been made which affect any site allocation policies of the Plan. You can view both a schedule of these representations and the representations themselves below.

If you would like to comment any of the site allocation representations you must do so in writing (preferably using the form provided below) or by email (using the email address below), clearly stating the SAR reference number, whether you object to or support the site allocation representation and your reasons for doing so, making reference to the tests of soundness (see guidance note below). Please note that comments can only be made on the site allocation representations and should be received by 11 December 2006. Further comments on the Town Centre Area Action Plan will not be considered at this stage. Comments you have made previously should not be submitted again.
