Licensing Act 2003

The Licensing Act 2003 amalgamated six existing licensing regimes: alcohol, public entertainment, cinemas, theatres, late night refreshment houses and night cafes.

Please Note:

  • If you are only applying to convert your current licence to a Premise Licence or
  • Applying for a Personal Licence
You need to send a photocopy of the whole application to the only Chief Officer of Police.

If you are converting and varying your licence for your Premise Licence, you need to send a photocopy of the whole application to all the Responsible Authorities.
