Thursdays in Bedford are filled with the sensual delights of its regular Gourmet Food Market, which offers a wide range of quality food and food-related products including; quality sausages, chilly sauces, Mediterranean delicacies, speciality seafood, cheese, Fair Trade products, bread, rolls, cakes, exotic fruit and vegetables, nuts, etc. The lunchtime trade is catered for through speciality Asian food, roast pork baguettes, hot rolls and takeaway coffees, or you may choose to sit under the trees whilst enjoying a fresh peculated coffee and soak in the atmosphere.
On the second Thursday of each Month the market is boosted by the local Farmers’ Market with its local produce and WI cakes.
