Complaints Procedure
To ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately and that there is the opportunity for review of services provided that are the subject of complaints, we have a corporate complaints procedure.
If you have any comments on the Council’s Complaints Procedure please send these to Keith Simmons, Service Manager (Registration and Administration) by email to ksimmons@bedford.gov.uk or by post to the normal Town Hall address.
