Choice Based Lettings
Bedford Borough Council are hoping to introduce sub-regional Choice Based Lettings (CBL) in 2009. There will be a common allocations policy which will include the four Local Authorities of Bedford, Mid Bedfordshire, South Bedfordshire and Luton; and the two LSVT's BPHA and Aragon Housing Association. CBL will expand the housing options service and encourage sustainable communities.

Choice Based Lettings is currently under going a consultation exercise across the Bedfordshire sub-region and your views would be extremely useful as part of this. Below are two documents that will give you some more information about the Choice Based Lettings Scheme. The first is a summary of the lettings scheme and the second contains 'your questions answered'.
