Housing and Council Tax Benefits are intended to help people on low incomes meet their housing costs. Housing and Council Tax Benefit are national welfare benefits administered at local level by the Council. They are dealt with by the Revenues and Benefits service from the Town Hall, St Paul’s Square, Bedford, MK40 1SJ.
