Annual Monitoring Report
The purpose of the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is to examine the Council's progress in producing the Bedford Development Framework and to assess the performance of the Borough's planning policies. The AMR is produced each December.
The third AMR was approved by the Council’s Executive on the 12th December 2007 and covers the period 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007. All the Annual Monitoring Reports are available to view below.The AMR is also available to be viewed at the Town Hall and paper copies can be purchased for £2.50 (£4.00 including postage and packing) from the Town Hall or by writing to David Bailey, Head of Planning and Housing Services, FREEPOST ANG5840, Bedford, MK40 1ZD.
