The fourth State of the Borough debate will give you another chance to talk to local decision takers about the issues which concern you.
Whatever your views we want to hear from you.
The 4th State of the Borough debate will be held on the morning of Saturday 17th January 2009 at the Harpur Suite, Harpur St., Bedford.
The event this year will follow the successful format of last year’s Debate and will include a Question Time session chaired by David Russell, Chief Executive of the Harpur Trust, with a panel comprising Frank Branston, Mayor of Bedford; John Cross, Chairman of the Bedford Partnership Board and Chief Executive of Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association; representatives of Bedfordshire Police and NHS Bedfordshire; and Directors of the new Bedford Borough Unitary Authority, which will be followed by an opportunity to question Borough Council portfolio holders and the new Directors in the second session to be held in the Corn Exchange .
